This run is pretty sick. 3 deaths: 2 are stupid, one is pretty serious. The rest of the run is pretty solid and it's going to be hard to beat. I would say a gold run would be a close sub 50. That's it. 49:xx will be insane to get. Good luck if you try it! (Specially if your name is Samtastic :) ).
