This ASL auto splitter can be used with LiveSplit to:

  1. Start the timer when beginning any game mode (NG/NG+).
  2. Split on every boss defeated at the moment they reach zero HP.
  3. Reset an active run when quitting to main menu.
  4. EXPERIMENTAL: Load removal, preventing loading times from counting towards the run timer.

All of my initial testing with this version of the auto splitter appears to be functioning reliably. However, load removal operates on the assumption that the game's state identifiers (explained more in comments in the file) will always report a value of 47106 while loading. This appears to be correct from the test runs I have done using this option, but I have yet to explore beyond the current NG+ Any% route to see if there are any other situations in which this value is used.

I'm not sure what Xander's preference on allowing load removal will be officially for runs, but I wanted to at least see if it was feasible to explore the option.

To utilize this auto splitter:

  1. Add a Scriptable Auto Splitter component to your LiveSplit.
  2. Select the attached Tenerezza.asl file within the component's layout settings.
  3. De-select any functions you don't want the auto splitter to manage for you.
