How to do Double Tapping (Keyboard Drift) in NFS Underground:

1. In the game options have stability control off
2. Drive into the corner with your keyboard normally
3. Then you need to tap buttons in the following specific order: Tap the gas, tap the brake, and double tap the steering
4. If it worked out correctly, and the timing was right, your car will start to drift
