Hey everyone, we are going to need all of the runners to hop in here and give us a list of what you need to do your run so we can make sure no runs end up with missing consoles etc.
I will start us out with an example of what i am looking for.

Run: Berenstain Bears Camping Adventure

Required equipment: game cart, Sega Genesis, Genesis controller, CRT TV

Equipment I will bring: game cart, CRT TV

Dates i will be attending: May 18th-23rd

Can the marathon use my equipment for other runs: Yes

If we can get everyone to break their runs down like this it will allow us to identify who will be bringing consoles and if we will be missing anything we need which will go a long way in helping those of us planning the marathon and doing set up on the 18th.

For anyone who chooses to allow us to use their consoles and other equipment for the marathon, I will be bringing masking tape and sharpies to label each item with and will be keeping a spreadsheet to track all gear coming in and out of the stream room.

Run: Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines

Required equipment: PC, KB+M, Monitor

Required equipment: game cart, SNES + controller, CRT TV

Equipment I will bring: all, x2 CRT TVs

To clarify the labeling process for the equipment i will be assigning each person providing equipment for the use of the marathon with a letter and number such as (C9) i will have a document on my kindle with info on who is associated with each number and what equipment they are providing. This should not only help us prevent anything shady from happening but also help us keep an inventory of what we have and avoid mixing up various peoples stuff.

If anyone has any input on this please let me know.

P.S. the numbers i am assigning will be what i use to label all equipment in unobtrusive places, this will minimize any residue left by the tape.

Run: Quake

Can marathon use my equipment for other runs: N64 console (only if needed), No for all else

Run: DKC Trilogy

Required equipment: Games, CRT TV, Console, SNES Controller, Game audio preferred without any kind of sound delay (audio cues are pretty important)

Equipment I will bring: Everything except audio gear

Dates i will be attending: May 19-22

Can the marathon use my equipment for other runs: Only in short bursts. I plan to use the equipment to practice quite a lot.

Run: Crash Bandicoot: Warped

Required equipment: Game, PS2, Controller, CRT TV

Equipment I will bring: Game, PS2, Controller

Dates I will be attending: May 18-23 (leaving early in the morning)

Can the marathon use my equipment for other runs: Preferably not

Run: Mega Man X6

Required equipment: Game disc, PS2, Controller, TV

Equipment I will bring: Disc, PS2, Controller
Also bringing Wii and 2 wii motes, and 1 gc controller

Dates i will be attending: May 18th-23rd

Can the marathon use my equipment for other runs: Rather not, but if its in dire need, then sure.

Just realised, I'm going to need a way of converting the scart output into something that the TV's there will accept, as I'm assuming there won't be a scart input. I've got my syncstrike to convert one of the scart outputs into VGA but that's to go into the streaming computer.
