I know I said that Sakura and Hinata were bad, but Gaara is without question the absolute worst character in this game. He's incredibly slow, but the only thing he has to make up for that is his extra range, which is not overly helpful. His damage is pretty average, if not below average. His basic jutsu (the claw attack) is pretty damn good, though.
