If indeed your cup times are faster than 'all current records', you might want to check up first on all the rules to make sure you aren't mistaking the 'RTA' (Real-Time) with the 'IGT' (In-Game Time, as shown at the end of each cup). The In-Game times will always be faster than the RTA, so you could be mixing the timing methods and assuming that your times are faster.
If this is NOT the case, and your times ARE faster, I refer you to the rules, where 'Video is required for all Top 10 Runs'. Depending on the quality of your iPhone video, the Moderators may or may not accept the run as completely legitimate (they reserve the right to deny just as you have the right to submit).
