Will gladly explain it. From about the 2:50 mark in your run, the whole game is running in slow motion. It doesn't look like drop frames but instead looks like it might be an issue with your emulator. Although, huge frame drops would also get a run rejected. I've lost 2 of my runs in the past due to frame drops.
