If i post a video of a run, but no timer in the video (i will be able to provide a picture of the timer) will it still be counted as Valid?

You don't need a timer as long as you follow all of the rules, but if your time is a high-place run (1st, 2nd, etc), you should probably edit your run and put a screenshot in the comment section to help prove it further.
