Anyway, from what you're telling me, I understand that your cup "splits" have loads in them. So I have to cut ~30 seconds from that to get your cup times. The thing is, that would mean you got 9:46 on Star Cup without Maka Wuhu glitch, and I can't accept that without a video since it's a WR for Star Cup Glitchless (Gogoku has 9:47). So either you tell me that you used MW glitch and I change "glitch usage" to Yes, or your run is invalid until you provide a video proof for it.
Another thing that prevents me from validating that run is that from what you tell me, you reset the game between cups, and Lafungo told me (in his instructions for validating runs) that he wanted a community discussion about resets between cups (because it makes load times vary between 3DS and New 3DS) before we verify new runs that use them. (I'll start a thread about that soon, don't do that yourself)
Number 3 : your Retro time starts when you select Shell Cup, not when you finish Special, and that's why Retro+Nitro from the same run HAVE to be faster than the All Cups time by ~30 seconds (or whatever time credits skip take if you don't reset). So your explanations still don't solve anything for that concern (unless you didn't understand a thing about that and the actual time is 40:47)

your second reason is not a reason yet until you verify that resetting is not allowed. Also my splits say that I got a 10:02 so i have no idea why you would get rid of 30 seconds. I did not use glitch. however your 3rd reason I understood that but I forgot about it. This means my nitro segment is a legit time but my retro time as you know starts when I press shell cup start button so that number is around 30 seconds less for retro cup time so therefore I cant have the 5th place retro validated. Also your finally I realize there is an edit button. I will try to factor in that I might want to use the edit button next time.
Cynda-kill sh ive been waiting for a month now and still nothing. You haven't rejected my run nor have you verified it. I would like you to do one of those two things. I spent an 1:23:33 so that I could get all of this deal in my face which was my fault until you decided to give me two more reasons. I can just do another run I guess :( But I mad that you decided to bring up you couldn't exit out of the game after each cup because the times vary between New and old 3d's after I did the run. Plus as far as I know, that's not a rule yet. But if I do another run tomorrow am I allowed to exit out of Mario kart 7 after each cup or do I have to wait for my ranking stats to finish and watch the credits?
That was 25 days ago. This website's owners say that a month is the longest a run should be awaiting verification.
So he/she should reject or verify the run now. And I'm hoping verify because I didn't do a speedrun that was over an hour just so that I could be called a cheater. It's a waste of my time.
Anyway, back to the MAIN topic of this thread. I you want to be a mod one of the Super Mods (In this case Lafungo.) will have to edit the game and manually add your name into the mod section. And there is a little slot next to the names which lists what type of mod each mod is.
Note: CyndaKill-SH wasn't in a place to verify runs recently, causing a small build up in runs. Just be patient.
I don't have a capture card. How am I supposed to record without a capture card? If you could show me your setup that would be great.
Just point a video camera at your 3ds. That's what everybody does.
There's always a way to record with a phone, even if you need to sit a bit uncomfortably. Just try various placements until something works.
