Well was Wondering if there would ever be a category for like let's say 150cc Mario or 150cc Luigi or even bowser, because I know everyone uses either Yoshi or Yoshi and sometimes toad. It would be really nice to play no skips as Mario or Bowser from time to time and have a legit chance of getting a WR with them in their own category. if not I completely understand

1. That was pretty incoherent 2. Seems like something that would only go on a category extensions board and that doesn't exist for this game, so seems unlikely.

Probably wouldn't do this just because it likely wouldn't get much activity. If it was done then emu and VC would probably be banned which would prevent a lot of the crowd that would want to submit to that kind of category from submitting anyways so it ends up being kinda pointless =/

It could be interesting to add character choice as a column. I doubt many people would pick something other than Yoshi (I play Peach) but it would at least give you a sense of representing the character on the leaderboard. (I'd opt for only letting a runner have 1 run per category because if you let people submit multiple runs for different characters it would clutter the board. It would probably just annoy the more serious runners who don't want to take the time to fill in that extra column but it could be made optional or if you don't pick one it assumes you played as Yoshi. This wouldn't really add anything other than fun but if it would add more work for the mods then it obviously they might not want that.

Some runners use more than one character during a run, and making people only submit one run per category just so you can display which character you used is stupid imo.

Oh true, I didn't consider that. I'm used to games like smash where you can't change character during a run.
