Mednafen on Windows with TG16-Mini USB Controller. Playing as the Axis (green). The strat here is to demolish their air in the first two turns then demolish surround/destroy their Eagle as soon as they get it. After that, just surround/destroy their units as quickly as you can.

Rather than focusing your Hunter on their air, there may be a way to use it to destory their Charlies and inhibit them from getting factories. You would need to prevent their air from interfering, though.
