2. Basically, clear all missions with S rank in normal mode, mark all soldiers in normal mode, clear S rank in hard mode, clear at or below specified time in hard mode. The specified time itself is unknown as far as I've searched. Time that has no impact on RTA forces. Intel Operative Rescue is OK by clearing S rank in normal mode and hard mode. Perform 26 missions in total.

3. The percentage is the percentage of rewards earned after clearing.

4. The XOF Patches are required for the Deja Vu Mission and the release of Mission Jamais Vu.

5. Cassette tapes etc. are collected at the time of marking.
