Can i run on an older version?
If its based on a glitch glitched runs work best on 1.5.3 for dragon skip and a reliable dupe and fence glitch

No, I have only seen it once but I believe it is as easy as being in a 2 tall 1x1 space with 2 fence post filling in the 2 spaces, if you stand in the fence posts then exit the world then rejoin the world it will think you are in full blocks suffocating but you aren't because you aren't in full blocks so it will pus you up just like an item all the way up until it hits 2 tall space for you to safely spawn on which will probably be the surface
