I completed a run with my brother but I did not have a timer to go along with it. Do the moderators time the run or do you have to time it yourself?

No, but having a timer will help the mods time your run.

I just use the google stopwatch just search stopwatch on google

I use splitty and the timer does not have to be visible in the recording so that's another way of doing that
