New Game+ ?

Izraill and AwesomeCuber(didn't judge if true) held that there should be a New Game+ to place runs like (both pointed that it's a pre-release version, but then in 1.8.9 appeared). BlueCrystal hold that it isn't because the previous run needs commands. Since this kind of run don't rely on a player, I don't think it's a good idea to place one here. I'm not sure if there exist such(command) transfering for newer version, but anyway for items avaliable in 1.7, it's possible to keep to any newer version. (Also keeping gamemode is, but here treated as illegal) If following BlueCrystal's reason, the two runs need to both be 1.7, which also make possibility to get better score, but somehow good Not sure if new version run with a backpack of item make sense.

NG+ is a pointless category for games where NG+ isn't an intended feature.

Why not? I think S/S[both preparing and run do survival(follow the rule)] run may be fun

As said before, even if timing starts from the first affecting map, transfering can still give good. Is it NG or NG+?

if time starts from creation of the first map, it's NG. NG+ means you did stuff before the run.

It could happen with a glitch that does not involve using commands to keep some sort of progress from the previous world. It would most likely be a misc category.

Sometimes the first map is no longer used as soon as it is generated. Then its NG time and NG+ time are same. Need I also give the first map part?

for new game plus you should only time the last world.

Also, you'd not be allowed to switch worlds during the run, you start your last new world and finish the run in it without ever entering another world.

In NG+ you should be allowed to create worlds during the run and open worlds created during the run, but not open worlds created before the run.

For NG allow to have mulit world or not?

Yes, that's what I mean April, thanks. Although realistically doing that for a NG+ could be pointless AND that could change depending on the type of glitch. For example, if it would make normal any% be pretty much the same run except you time the set up, then we would redefine some stuff in a way that invalidates doing that in order to not make main categories trivial.

I think NG+ is strong, and worrying about its being too strong break the meaning of run. E.g. with backpack transfer, all Obtain xxx just don't exist in the current requirement.
