I mean, you should be able to. As long as you got no mods and just play Vanilla (or use Optifine, probably a no to Forge) TLauncher should just work. It's likely not legal, but are emulators? Of course not, but we use them.

I use TLauncher because I dont have 30 dollars just lying around an my runs have been verified perfectly fine

so the conclusion is that we can play also when I will upload speed run I will do Livestream so I will not cheat or use any kind of mod

Tlauncher is just Minecraft emulation... just use it, no one will know anyway unless you explicitly say or show it so why ban runs for that stuff?

guys.... why are you saying its not allowed. you dont know the rules. i think we have allowed cracked minecraft versions in the past

its probably case by case, but make a ticket and ask if you can use tlauncher. they will probably say yes

What is the reason you allowed cracked launchers? Is it because you don't mind what launcher is used, or is it because you don't mind when people pirate minecraft?

@LukeSaward its allowed because theres no difference, its the same game just a different launcher... theres no difference other than the fact that you cant enter every single server which doesnt matter in speedrunning

I think it could be allowed even though it is illegal because if games like super mario bros. allows emulators (illegal) then why cant you play minecraft on tlauncher?
