mod is typically only granted to members of the speedrun community that have been around for a while and earned their reputation as reliable and unbiased - and typically also have at least a few completed runs. if you've only just joined the community, don't even think about applying for mod - earn yourself a good reputation first and show that you're dedicated to improving this community before doing so.
