Hello, my name is Cmdr, I was just offering my help on the game. I know SonicSam has offered help in adding IL leaderboards to this game for the different events, and I am going to offer my help as well. I don't see any reason not to include them. I have experience on different games, most notably one of the moderators for the Wii Sports Resort leaderboards. Even if the moderation is temporarily, I'd love to help out and add the IL categories for this leaderboards.

Cmdr, If you've tried a lot of things, a forum is not rude. I think this is one of the better ways to contact moderators on speedrun.com if you're asking a question about a specific game or category. I know that there is a website called cyberscore.me.uk where people set all sorts of IL records in video games. I personally think the IL records in this game would be more fair than in MaSATOWG, because in OWG you can get time additions or deductions based on factors I don't understand. Cyberscore has every event on its leaderboard already (except tournament-based events like Fencing), and I think that would be enough, especially because not every (non-tournament) event is speed-based.

Thanks for the help MrFun! I wanted to at least try on here before I contacted a moderator. I'll love if there would be IL leaderboards on here, that way it is available to many different users. I'll probably be in contact with a moderator come Wednesday or so. I don't want to move websites, because the whole point of adding IL leaderboards here is so that the game doesn't die out on the speedrun.com platform.
