I would say that you timing starts when you start a new one and ends when you win your first Super Bowl. You have to win all of the games in High School, College, and NFL and go through the draft process. You are allowed to skip cutscenes.

You could also split it up into sub categories with Early Draft/3 years of college and Late Draft/4 years of college.
