This is a link to the TAS videos submission by CoolKirby & YoungJ1997lol. This is for the GBA version but all of the tech also applies to the DS version.
It contains both the video of their 28:12.3 Any% TAS run as well as a run down of the various strategies that they used throughout the game to achieve it. While not all of these strategies would be real time viable, a lot of them are or could be with a good set-up. If anyone is looking at speedrunning this game, this is a good guide.
Major leaderboard update
For the longest time, these leaderboards were in a barebones state with an inactive moderator in control of the leaderboards. Recently however, I have been able to take over moderation and I have made many long overdue changes.
- First and foremost, this is now a leaderboard for both the GBA and DS
