Would the switch have the same timing as for the game, though the loads may take a little longer in each play through? I've been through most of the modes already and they all seem to have the same outcome to the pc/mac versions.

Also with this, if a switch run were to be posted, would it be accepted or would it be reasonable for someone like me to help run out the switch version and chart each thing for its own categories?

Hey, sorry for the late response! I'd say the switch would have the same timings in terms of start/end times, yeah! I'd likely make a new group for switch runs since they would be a bit different in terms of end time, i'd think. We'll just have to feel that out! Also, feel free to contribute anything you'd like to the switch runs! We aren't stingy about it here :)
