i recently uploaded a full race run for strawbale 1 of which every individual lap was faster then the current first place so i wonder: is it possible for the individual laps from a full race run or the individual laps and races from a full game run in the leaderboards for the individual categories too, preferibly automatically?

There is no way to do this automatically. I think it should be allowed. You just have to submit it manually. Use the in-game lap time. Make sure the lap times are visible in your recording. The times appear in large text in the bottom-middle of the screen.
