Any% - All 3 Hero Chapters
Villain% - All 3 Hero Chapters + All 3 Villain Chapters

Timer starts when you skip the first cutscene.
Timer ends when you press "Finish Story" at the end of the 3rd chapter.
For consistency, levels must be played in order. Hero Chapter 1, 2 then 3, Villain Chapter 1, 2 then 3.

Timer should start on the pressing of new game imo.
