Possible time save on Blood Harvest

After some experimenting with tank spawns, I think I found something that could potentially cut off a few seconds from a run. It would require some RNG of having a tank spawn at chapter three and having him climb up. If done fast enough, starting the event is unnecessary.

@Derpduck - i actually found it to be a bit common to have a tank spawn on chapter 3. Most of the tank spawns were right at the camp site, so it is possible to get a tank to travel to you before the event is started. Optimally, a tank spawn right near the trains would be better.

Seems like a cool skip, but even for an IL run that would take an insane amount of tries to do. The Tank can spawn at numerous spots throughout the whole area, so getting it to not only spawn behind the house, but to climb on the house at the right spot and hit you in the right spot would be hell to set up. I can see this being plausible for a LMoE run, but for 1p runs it would be a bit too risky of a strat.

Then again, I really want to take back the Blood Harvest ILs. :^)
