Changing Difficulty without Calling a vote?

bind [KEY] "callvote ChangeDifficulty Easy" bind [KEY] "callvote ChangeDifficulty Impossible" The time between voting is limited on the current steam version though, most of the runs you see changing difficulty are on 2.0.0.8 which doesn't have this limit.

check the resources page, we already have an entire config set up for callvotes on maps and difficulties.

No, they're votes. It literally says 'callvote' in the command.

Instantly changing (z_difficulty) is... not disallowed. No rule on this. Why is this allowed?

Netherlands

Well, as I said, nowhere is it stated that it's not allowed. If you're locally hosting (map _ in console) it doesn't require sv_cheats. Nothing does.

I think it's maybe better if you have changedifficulty

I agree with Darkos, there's no way to use this command via a vote so it shouldn't be used, mainly for cross-platform continuity even though nobody in their right mind would choose to run on console. That would be like changing the updaterate/cmdrate, just because there's no rule against it doesn't mean it should be done.

boo change bad do not want

I would rather have faster runs on the current version where you have to do bullshit to work around the bots.
