Might as well post something useful on this topic.

0:00 Dark Carnival - When I've used this it doesn't seem to matter where you stand or look.

0:45 Swamp Fever - You have to stand in a fairly specific spot to get them to climb at the right point for the hop, just jump when you see them start to climb and you should be able to make it. It doesn't work if you go too far away from the center of the branch, but you should be able to fit at least 2 people up there. There are other trees that also cause nav errors, but there doesnt seem to be any way onto them with common hops, but maybe with a molotov/grenade launcher jump.

2:16 Hard Rain - This is pretty damn hard, especially without mat_fullbright. Stand on the left side of the trailer so the commons climb at the right point. There does seem to be another nav error spot that you could easily get to with a molotov jump, but when I tested it tanks didn't despawn, but I'll look into it more.

3:18 The Sacrifice - You don't need bile to do this, but it does make it easier. I'm not sure if this actually works though, sometimes you can't press the button, so I need to test this in a normal game. Can't do trick on The Passing due to an invisible wall, and once you're on the bridge everything is blocked until the bridge is down anyway

4:04 No Mercy - Both methods work just as well, I prefer the first one though.

5:03 Death Toll - You need bile for this.

6:02 Dead Air - You have to stand in a specific spot to the the commons to climb at the right point. You have to air strafe to be able to make the jump.

6:44 Blood Harvest - When I was testing it the tanks weren't despawning, but I'm pretty sure they should if they spawn normally. Also because you need a tank to get up there you can only use it to skip the second tank, so not that useful, but if you sit in that spot only smokers can touch you.

7:10 The Parish - Not really useful in a speedrun, but commons can't reach you up there and tanks despawn, although they can still hit you with cars.

YEAH IT'S ALRIGHT BUT IF YOU USE THE ROUTE MAFWEEN USED IN HIS IL (http://www.speedrun.com/run/8y8r025m) AND GO ON THE ROOF INSTEAD OF THROUGH THE CEILING IT IS ABOUT ONE SECOND FASTER AND YOU DO NOT RUN THE RISK OF GETTING BLOCKED BY INFECTED
