The timing is pretty lenient despite looking precise

2-4 Sphere Doomer

Make sure to dash as spitting out while dashing does more damage

7-1 2nd Energy Sphere without Water (Extra Mode only)

Saves a few seconds if you get both strats first try and keep wing, too risky to go for in a run

3-2 Fire route

Saves ~ 3 seconds over keeping tornado

Extra Mode 100% Metal General + HRD3

You will lose time later as you have to do the wing challenge before 7-1 to get wing back, but it is still much faster than using wing
