I have 2 questions about the wise man easy run. How do you get the start boost, and how do you skip the end level status screen?

Also is the camel running? I can only get mine to walk.

As I recall, hold B after spitting to run, and possible select to skip end scenes. I'll try to remember to check this afternoon to confirm.
