Stefan Mahrlas PAL wr is 0.221 faster (1:35.367)

If converted I think this would still be like half a second faster than my NTSC wr though so I think this might be slightly easier on PAL in some ways (I'm a bit suspect about if the time really got converted right also) but NTSC is my main focus simly because it's the original fastest version, PAL isn't that much fun to play after seeing how much faster/smoother the NTSC version is.
