Could you give an approximate time you need to create such a category?
Never been in speedrun until I tried Monstrum. When I realised running in the game causes no problems with monster - I started my running. Then I understand the game's map - and so I'm speedrunner (in a matter of only one game, of course)
I know, it sounds quite ridiculous, but I did all types of speedrun in Monstrum I can. Once I decided to perform an insane kind of speedrun - a Sloth one. What does it mean? It's simple - no running allowed (or nearly no running allowed - some exceptions are forgivable). I know it doesn't correspond with typical definition of speedrun, but what's your opinion?
What are the requirements? Piece of cake:
- Prepare all three means of escape as fast as possible
- You must turn them on, not only gather all items and simply place them
- Monster mustn't destroy any escape vehicle (sub, copter). Every vehicle must be ready for immediate extraction
- You can escape via any vehicle you wish
- You can prepare vehicles in any order you wish
100% complection of Monstrum is quite a challenge, but it is possible, and I have a speedrun to share with good time. Could you create such a topic in list of possible speedruns?
I can do a new thread, but Monstrum forum is completely empty - will anybody notice new thread?
I wish I could send him a message, but I have no Twitch account and I can't send him a message via YouTube. Could you contact him somehow?
I did want to message him, but I don't know how to do it...
In Monstrum my first run was 11m52s, and the second one was 6m47s. In a matter of game this is galactic improvement - 43%! For now my record is (for this video, of course) 4m23s (64% improvement)
I think, 100% speedrun for Monstrum is essential topic, but it's not shown in Monstrum speedruns list. Could you create such a topic, please? I have a speedrun to share in such a discipline
