This guy Dugongue is ranked 2nd on doc and falcon and 4th on jiggs despite having worst times than the people ranked bellow him, is there any reason for this?

The leaderboard is ranked on In-game times submitted instead of the real time and the ones below him didnt submit an In-game time.

For Doctor Mario, he actually uses in game time. 1 minute 3 seconds; a terrible time, but still 2nd place when he should be in last.

I don't know what's going on here.
