It's likely 1:04 will happen, maybe even 1:03. sub 1:00 most likely won't be possible unless a major skip is discovered.

This game has only been out for 2 months and I've seen top runners throwing in new strats and jumping seqences that save like half a second quite regularly. I think it's safe to assume that 01:03 will be possible at some point in the future. Everything below that is major skips.
