I'm new to speedrunning and have been watching multiple streams and I need some suggestions on good programs to use for timers and how to operate them. Thanks!
There are many good timers Livesplit is speedrunner recommended one(speedrun.com integration), WSplit is a simple timer with custom hotkeys and a way to customize splits (livesplit has that too). Llanfair is for mac osx users it's pretty good. Frame Perfect is an iOS timer idk why you need speedrunning timer apps you have your phone stopwatch.there are much more good timers, I use livesplit. They require little to no learning curve. Just use window capture in OBS if you use that.
if you check in Resources you can find Template splits to load into your program. From their you can clear the times in the Edit Splits menu and be on your way
