It's bad form to share your routes before the task deadline is up, I'll compile the submissions in some way after the deadline so everyone can see the routes.

i bet, pannen will get the (tas-)wr in this...just combine this two scenarios: first do this "koopa stopper" and then continue by collecting infinite coins

These were most probably banned, since it would be way too broken and wr would be impossible since, you know, you can get an endless amount of coins. Of course the counter would stop somewhere, but you could still continue collecting coins.

i dont think banned, but i agree that it aint doable tas-less :) so thats no matter anyway...

regarding to the coin limit: mhh, i think the coins displayed when the star's collected are relevant...

If you want to try it out yourself feel free to post a vid in this thread, and yes i was looking for routes that dont obstruct the Koopa in any way (so basically how many coins can you collect in ~1:30). The cloning or duping of coins doesn't concern me as much.
