Hi i want to start doing speedruns on the game but i dont have a switch. Is it allowed with runs on an emulator (eks. Yuzu)?

No unfortunately you can run rom hacks it allows emu

Emulators themselves aren't piracy, but it is illegal to download copies of the game of the internet to use in them so be careful.
