A new % idea, where a speedrunner has to get a certain amount of Stars/Shines in each game, with 3% being 3 Stars/Shines In each Game.
I highly doubt this would become a category unless they add Category Extensions. Even then, it may just be them adding the CE from the parent games. It is an interesting idea, and nothing is stopping you from attempting one, it just won't be on the leaderboards.
Yeah, there are plenty of speedruns people do that aren't on the leaderboards, but that's a cool idea, especially with a higher number of stars/shines so you have more options and optimization
Adding % to anything besides an actual percentage does not make it a viable speedrun that people would actually do. Might I add, by the way, that you aren't completing a category in any game, you are just getting 9 stars. There is no reward for getting 3 stars besides unlocking new areas, so there really is no point to this category. That said, don't let us stop you from doing the run.

Also, after reading your first message, it seems like each extra star in each game adds a %. By your account, All-Stars 360 would be irrelevant because of 120%. Although, All-Stars 360 is more like 100%...
So it would be less than 3%. A 2.5%, but that seems irrelevant, stupid, and it seems like you’re asking too much of an arbitrary category with legit no point. Perhaps, beating each game with 3 of each collectible, but that’s not possible.
That said though, do not let us stop you from running the category at all. It's just definitely not going to be on any leaderboard that I know of.
