Just replace normal User.ini in System folder with this one. It has ghost mode unlocked with a spiderjelly cheatcode (f2 - on, f3 - off), level select (F12), speedchange (9 to make game faster and 8 to make normal again) and other interesting things helping in training (check the file to see what action was bound to what button).
