i apologize if this question is redundant, i already know that better sadx is not allowed for runs but ive actually installed my mods trough pkr's installer, the creator of the dreamcast conversion mods, and the installer even had a preset for speedrun friendly mods, so is this method of installing mods allowed?
for submissions we only allow the disc version with the approved patches from the rules rules section, or the unmodified Steam version, so I'm afraid the external installer wouldn't be allowed currently as it modifies the steam version
