How high quality does the game have to be?
I have a capture card, but it is quite slow, and I can't have a timer in the video. Would it be better to use my capture card and have slow, high-quality gameplay, or my webcam with poorer quality but less lag? Edit- It's ok, I have a new, better quality PC.
