@pappgamer I may have isolated this bug. I was able to reproduce this and it appears to be a reference issue (multiple entries updating the same reference).

I'll have a new build released for both RE2R and RE3R momentarily.

Hey, so I am just coming back to the game after a LONG hiatus... The new Plugin manager looks amazing, and feels great. One issue, I am trying to get the actual interface to pop up, I have installed all 3 plugins, and its not working. Any suggestions?

Try :

1. From the Steam client, click LIBRARY.
2. Right-click the game and select Properties.
3. In the window that appears, select "BETAS".
4. Select "dx11_non-rt" from the pull-down menu. An access code is not required.
5. Close the window and let the Steam client update the game automatically.
6. Once the update is complete, you should be able to launch the game normally.
7. Please note that part of the option settings in the game will be reset due to the rollback process.
