I don't think there is such a program.

in the WOLFDNC video it appears, it shows the enemies and the life of each one-

so that was a gift made for wolf. its custom, no idea how it was done but if someone knows im sure they could build it

I think it's manipulation of the game's RAM, I think that's why they use Cheat Engine, there must be a block in memory where enemies will appear per room is stored, and another block of memory where they will have HP.

You're right, but why are you doing this?

its good for the mods because they can have high HP values in the thousands and you can strategize your approach. plus its pretty frikin cool
