Hey im relatively new to the speedrunning community and when I went to this website (http://wiki.pokemonspeedruns.com/index.php/Pok%C3%A9mon_Red_Starter_Kit) it said that I should turn on visible sprites in rock tunnel but I havent find any rules or guides adressing this. I would just like to know wether or not this is legal

it is legal using the dark brown palette (up+B on gameboy screen) however it is no longer recommended because the fastest cans manip doesnt allow you to change palette.
