There is a PowerPoint with all the collectible and bonus locations for the 100% category in Resources under Tools. I know PowerPoint is not the most convenient format but this was originally just meant to be a personal guide for myself and I'm just uploading it in case someone else might find it useful. Maybe one day I will convert it to a better format.
