Is there any way we can get a 100% Glitchless category? I plan to run it when I get my cap card.

You can run something without a leaderboard category

Right, but I wanted to know if I could submit a run as 100% glitchless, instead of just getting it placed on the 100% leaderboard.

We'd need quite a few people who'd like to run such a long category in order for it to be added to the leaderboards. As of right now, we don't have anybody else other than you ask about 100% glitchless for a run. So unfortunately we can't do that. You can still put your runs under 100% even with the glitchless ruleset still.
