Aside from making speed runs between friends just for the fun of it, i really wanted to take it seriously and decided to start with Momodora, any tips besides training ?

I would recommend starting with the any% video guide (found here: https://www.speedrun.com/momo4/guide/f2219 ).

I would also recommend joining the Discord and asking around if you need any help. The community is very active and willing to help new runners, especially if you stream.
