• You can't wait too close to Ocelot for the CQC tasks' cue. You need to wait a bit, so he finishes his speech, and then get near him.
• You don't need to wait for Ocelot to confirm that the first soldier was fultoned, you just need to wait for the confirmation that the SECOND one was fultoned, then get in the chopper. If you got for the chopper too soon the task will not be completed.
