You can record the replay through the Save Data Rankings. If you press 2, a replay screen will show up, asking if you want to see the replay. 1:17 seems sketch on paper and in practice, but is definitely possible, albeit requiring extremely lucky RNG, likely meaning high speed shoes or a special boost each time. The only recorded video of a 1:17 was by a guy named BullyWiiPlaza(MasterTizi on WFC) and even considering he used hacks, it's surprising he still wasn't the fastest. That title goes to Leonardo, the first(and so far only) sub 1:15 on Dream Snowboard Cross. Too bad there are no speedruns less than 1:30 of it. Anyway, I hope you can upload this to the site.
