Greetings everybody, I'm learning how to run this here monotone game, and it's good fun! I think this has been done before, but I documented a few successful early dark egg strat attempts.

Speaking of fast eggs: Next week I'll do some investigation on the Going Down fast egg, collecting while dying. It could be that the game doesn't register the collection of the egg as collected, in which case I'd declare this method of "collecting" it as non legit. But we can debate about it. :)

Here's my fast Egg 3 collection strat. It's made possible by triggering the next checkpoint while waiting for the pipe to rise.

Brilliant David! And yeah, Zet, I've had that thought about that egg...but never spoke about it. I really don't know if it respawns or not.

Just so y'all know, you can breathe up in relieve: We don't have to debate about that "death egg" anymore, I've tested it and the tests have shown that the game indeed counts the egg as collected, so we can all keep doing this strat. :)
