There are four mixes in the most optimal route for RTA any% speedruns, all of which are present in Kobral's any% WR. They are listed here with other ability choices that don't involves mixes.

1. Wheel Mix - Alternative: Burning+Missile+Candy:

2. UFO/Fire Mix - Alternative: Sword Skip

3. Hammer Mix - Alternative: Parasol

4. UFO Mix - Alternative: Master

If you're going for a competitive time, you'll have to do at least some of these mixes. 1) and 4) are used by almost all runners, and 2) is common as well. 3) has only been used by two runners.
