Yeah, it’s possible, although a little hard. Basically, you have to hold the stick down, then after you press b (or the jump button) hold the stick in the bottom left corner and before you hit the ground press your stick down immediately again. I’m not quite sure how to explain, if you didn’t get it, I can also try to make a quick video tutorial.

When the skip was quite new, I recorded my controller inputs performing it. This can certainly be optimized but you might get an idea through it, combine it with the guide from par and hopefully find a rhythm and movement that works for you!
